Have either of you ever read/watched "the Secret"? everything you said goes? right along with it and I believe in it 100% "everything happens for a reason, and that reason is always the best" is probably my life motto. Its so great to see such successful down to earth glamorous people. You both really bring class and respect to the modeling career and i hope a lot of other people get to see this video!

I understand your point - where I disagre with you is that this isn't achivable - I personally beleive that every? girl can reach her ideal fitness and body fat percentage. Really its just a mater of finding ways to enjoy eating healthy and love exercise. - and there are so many options out there for exercise it's mind boggeling I'm SURE that there is SOMETHING out there for everyone.
